From what I could tell, the pricing was clear enough. I didn’t notice any hidden fees, and the shipping cost showed up before checkout, so there weren’t any surprises for me.

I had to return a faulty unit under warranty, and I wish I didn’t have to deal with the back-and-forth. Support got back to me quickly, which I appreciated, but the forms and shipping made the whole thing feel slower than it needed to be. In the end, they replaced it without giving me any trouble, so I can’t complain too much. I just regret not having clearer updates along the way, that would’ve made it a 5-star experience...

The only thing was the tracking didn’t update for a couple of days, which made me kind of unsure where it actually was. I picked up some RAKWireless gear for a small sensor project, and the power usage has been REALLY good so far. The battery is lasting better than my older board, which was the main reason I wanted to try it in the first place. The docs are decent, but I did have to dig around a bit to get the sleep settings tuned the way I wanted.
